The Property Management Inc Homeowner and Board App provides a mobile-friendly platform for interacting with your community association. Users can conveniently handle payments, account viewing, and access community information all from one centralized location.

If you already possess login credentials for your association’s website, these same details can be used to access the app. If you do not currently have a login, a simple registration process is available. Upon approval of your registration request, an email with a password set up link will be sent for direct access to your account through the app.

For users with existing logins who have forgotten their passwords, a straightforward password reset procedure is in place. By entering your email address in the Forgot Password section, a password reset link will be emailed to enable setting up a new password for login.

Upon successful login, homeowners gain immediate access to various features including:

1. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned
2. Homeowner Dashboard
3. Access association documents
4. Access association directories
5. Access association photos
6. Access Contact Us Page
7. Pay Assessments
8. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violations
9. Submit ACC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device)
10. Access homeowner ledger
11. Submit work orders and check the status of their work orders (add comments and take pictures from mobile device)
